Jono + Kirsty's wedding celebration was held at Jono's sports club in Barns where he plays cricket and tennis. Because Jono + Kirsty wanted an outdoor wedding, the sports fields at the club was the perfect location for their wedding day reception. These two love birds met on the District Line tube, so there was a "London Tube" theme throughout all the details worked tirelessly on by Kirsty and her family. Kirsty is a talented Graphic Designer who currently works with Innocent Smoothies, check out the "Kirsty and Jono" labels on the bottles! Love it! What a year it's been. I may have said this before but I'll say it again. I do feel SO privileged to do what I do for a job, being a wedding photographer is simply awesome! Photographing people on one of the biggest days of their lives is nothing but a gift every time. 2013 was another great year, meeting many people in love and I wanted to thank all my couples for being so wonderful. Being a part of so many beautiful wedding days has honestly been a pleasure! And now to celebrate, I present to you a collection of photographs, each captured and crafted by myself. As part of my yearly round up I always put together a series of what I call "Photo Mood Boards" These boards display a collection of my photographs from weddings throughout the previous year. I find the Photo Mood Boards useful as they show my photography style as well as being great inspiration boards for couples planning their special day.

James & Justine met at art school and after some time decided that each other was "the one". I was super excited after meeting this cool couple as I knew their big day would be great - and it was! Family and friends celebrated after the ceremony at the ever faithful Royal Inn on the Park pub. Evening celebrations included a very talented pianist belting out many favourite tunes ranging from 80's hits to big Broadway ballads. Oh what a couple, oh what a night!

Hamish and Amy were married at St Mary the Virgin Church in Old Malton. They had a lovely wedding ceremony with their closet family and friends. Afterwards, celebrations continued on in the gorgeous gardens at Amy's family home, Whitenell House. This wedding was nothing short of a fairytale… including much love, a vintage tiara and a custom made vodka luge crafted by the bride herself! I took this photograph at the very top of London's magnificent Tower Bridge with Chris & Anjana on there wedding day. We had to climb many narrow stairs to get to this small room that overlooked the river. After the ceremony everyone jumped on board the legendary HMS Belfast for a night of drinking, dancing and celebrations on the high seas of the London Thames!

Winter didn't dampen the spirit's of Antonio and Nicky's wedding at the St Ermin's Hotel in central London. Big smiles and big love filled the crisp early march air as these two love birds tied the knot. Dressed in Jenny Packham Nicky (a professional ice skater) was a vision in white, Antonio a Spanish groom standing as tall as the trees. This is their wedding day story..

In the past few weeks I've taken some time to reflect. In this time I've felt very privileged to do what I do for a job. I feel so lucky to be around such awesome people on such a special day, creating what I call 'considered compositions of a moment in time' I have compiled some of my favourite compositions of 2012, some of the big shots that rekindle the love and bring a smile to my face. A few months ago I photographed the pastel infused wedding of Anwar + Rebecca at Kew Gardens in London. I posted their lovely day on my blog, it can be viewed here. It was a great day full of love and light! Afterwards it was spotted by a lovely lady at Wedding Ideas Magazine, the Uk's no. 1 best selling bridal magazine. I was excited to see it has been featured in this month's issue!

Words cannot express the love I witnessed on the Day of Andrew and Steph Bell's Wedding. This special couple I met years ago, so photographing their wedding in Fernhurst, West Sussex was truly a blessing. It was pretty hard not to shed a tear as Andrew and Evie (their little girl) stood waiting for Mummy (Steph) to arrive.. in all her festival vintage grace and glory... on a tractor! :) Guests were also impressed with Andrew's homemade brew he called Buttbells. So here it is, their special day as I saw it...x

Mike and Kellie were married in Italy, and I was asked to go along to photograph the big day. This was a destination wedding, all was organised from London. When the day came around it was all systems go. Kellie's smile rules the world, she was an amazing bride. Mike standing tall in his kilt and tie :) At the house, everyone celebrated into the night after the ceremony which was held in an old town situated high on a hill.. here's their story... x

Tom and Jaia met a few years ago when their paths crossed whilst working in the design industry in Central London. Perfectly fitting their personalities and creative style, these two love birds found sanctuary and tied the knot at the Century Club in the centre of Soho. Loved ones travelled from afar to celebrate the occasion. I watched in delight, snapping away and here's their story...
