Steve + Louise / Kettlesing Village Hall / Harrogate / UK / 25th August

One of the things that I love seeing when taking photos is how on a wedding day, everyone pitches in. Friends, best mates, sisters brothers.. every one's there for the same reason, the common good - for the wedding celebrating of the special couple. This wedding is no exception. Steven and Louise were married in the softly lit surrounds of the Yorkshire Dales, in Kettlesing Town Hall. Louise being a fashion student designed her own dresses (for herself and her girls). Their group of creative and heartfelt friends & family made it all so special in so many ways.. I saw gorgeous cakes, a lively Kaylee and a beautiful rendition of "Your Love Keeps Lifting Me". There's nothing like a reason to celebrate and to feel good... enjoy! x

Andre + Charlotte / St Stephens / Beauberry House / London / 7th July

Meeting Andre, Charlotte and their little boy Zephan before their wedding was great. We met just over a year ago and chatted about the plans for their big day set for July this year. When the day arrived I felt very excited and a little emotional, as this day was not only sealing the deal between Andre & Charlotte but also celebrating the union of their special family of three. The ceremony was at St Stephen’s Church with a colourful evening proceedings held at Beauberry House complete with drummers and Caribbean music representing Andre's heritage. This day was such a great day full of touching moments, it was a
pleasure to photograph x

Anwar + Rebecca / Kew Gardens / London / UK / 16th June 2012

Rebecca and Anwar were married at Kew Gardens (London) in the Nash Conservatory, with Celebrations in the Orangery. I met Rebecca over a year before her and Anwar's big day and we formed a relationship via email, talking about the day ahead and the plans she had made. So, when the day arrived, I felt like I had a good idea of what lay ahead. As expected the decorations and flowers were lovely, Rebecca looked amazing in her Claire Pettibone gown and Anwar was very calm and sure in stride. I absolutely adore Kew gardens as a venue! This wedding day was a pleasure to photograph and I feel so honored to have been a part of it. I wish Anwar and Rebecca all the best for their future :) x

Jolyon + Kate / Littlecott Farm / Wiltshire / UK / 2nd June 2012

There was something special about Jolyon and Kate's wedding day - maybe because Kate an Australian was marrying Jolyon who is English born and bred and like me and my man this newly wed couple choose the mother land, away from the sunny shores of Australia to commence their married lives... such a gorgeous wedding, amongst special family and friends at Littlecott Farm - all enjoying the beautiful scenery of the English countryside...Thank you Kate and Jolyon for having me as part of your day and I wish you all the best for the future!

Henry + Sue / Cork / Ireland / 19th May 2012

After flying into Ireland and seeing the lush green surrounds - I knew this Wedding was going to be amazing.. I was excited and set to go! As everyone was getting ready in the morning, I could feel the love and genuine friendship which was present for Henry & Sue's special day. With family and friends a plenty, this couple celebrated their union in a relaxed manor with snip-its creating a slight bohemian feel to the day. Ballyvolane House in the lovely area of Castlelyons was were it all happened..

Mathias + Nahoko / London / UK / 28th april 2012

What a great day was the Wedding of Mathias and the lovely Nahoko at the ICA London. Getting ready at the Savoy hotel with her closest family and friends - Nahoko remained relaxed, happy and simply gorgeous!.. Even the rain didn't dampen the spirits of this karaoke singing, film watching couple... I also loved the group wedding dance performed after speeches - very impressive to see!

Dan + Hannah / Finsbury Park, London / Uk / Sunday 19th February 2012

"What a cool couple are Dan & Hannah - I loved this shoot - we had so much fun, moving around their gorgeous little flat in Finsbury Park. After meeting them, all I could think of were such movies as High Fidelity, 500 Days of Summer and any other indie/rock influenced movie that I had seen.. heaps of vinyl, good music, good coffee and cool trinkets.. Oh and some very yummy sandwiches.. Thanks guys! :)x

Top Shots 2011 / December 2011

“In a year I create many photos, lots of emotional moments, first time glimpses, heartfelt hugs and gorgeous vistas.. so as a way of showing my year in a glance I have created 'top shots 2011' which are photos that capture something special from a moment in time with my couples.. including the bustling busy streets of London to a beautiful countryside in Sussex - these are some of my favourite shots of the year 2011... xx”
